What is CARE4YOUTH?

CARE4YOUTH is an Erasmus+ Youth funded project dedicated to supporting young people aged 16-25 in the care system and care leavers. Through a unique combination of non-formal education and outdoor sports activities, we aim to enhance their personal and professional development, helping them transition smoothly into independent adulthood.
